Join us on April 3rd from 1-3 at the sugar shack!

Join the Adirondack History Museum on a trip to Uihlein Foundation’s Sugar Shack for the first installment of its Sunday Jaunt series! Learn about and tour the sugaring operations, sample the goods, and bring home some free maple syrup! Sugarbush Operator Jamie Rogers will be on hand to answer questions about the history and process of maple sugaring. Visitors are welcome to hike the nearby trails.

The AHM Sunday Jaunt series is designed to encourage people to explore Essex County’s rich history through experiential learning. The museum will lead several field trips to activities and/or historic sites throughout the 2016 season.
